The “Ty Coz”, a traditional Breton farmhouse

Feel free to start your visit of the museum by discovering our typical farmer’s house: the ‘Ty Coz’ (or ‘old house in Breton.
There, our volunteers will get you acquainted with many traditional objects, such as crepe
griddles fired using pine needles, a locally crafted enclosed bed, and a variety of butter moulds. They will also
be delighted to help you learn more about the history of this type of dwelling, and how it has evolved
throughout the centuries.
