With our volunteers’ help, feel free to discover the numerous tools used in centuries past to transform wheat grains into tasty bread without resorting to modern methods (such as electrical appliances). Blenders, millstones, wood fires…a thorough visual, auditory, olfactory and of course gustatory experience well-liked by all of our visitors for this workshop.
